•The presence of an animal must be mentioned when making the initial reservation.
•A taxable fee of 75 $ is charged, per stay. A maximum potential refund of 50 $ of this fee will be applied depending on the nature of the cleaning that we will have to perform due to the presence of the animal.
•Keep your pet on a leash when outside your accommodation unit. Do this for the safety of other customers as well as for the safety of your dog, as there are other small animals that live in the forest.
•Your pet should never be left alone or disturb other customers by barking.
•If you are certain that your pet will not disturb other customers with its barking and you decide to leave it alone in your unit, you must place it in its cage but you will be responsible for the costs incurred if we need to call in specialized services if he disturb the neighbors.
•Your pet must leave the accommodation unit if housekeeping needs to be done by our staff.
•The tub should not be used for your pet.
•Clean up behind your animal as soon as possible, both in your accommodation unit and outside, and leave no traces of its passage when you leave. We also ask you to pick up any “souvenirs” that your faithful companion might want to leave with us in the field, under penalty of an additional charge of 25 $ per day.
•Furniture, bedspreads and other bedding should not be used by your pet and an additional taxable charge of 25 $ will apply for each piece of bedding and coverings that require cleaning. If your pet insists on sleeping on furniture, we recommend that you travel with your own blanket to protect our beds and furniture.
•You are also financially responsible for cleaning and repairs following the passage of your animal and must notify the reception of the establishment as soon as an unusual incident occurs.
